SECTION 5 - Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: Should the Customer wishes to return the product, the Customer shall inform the Company within five (5) working days  from its receipt.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days from the receipt of the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and accessories, and its original sales invoice. The Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
